Innovative Plumbing is the most professional and reliable plumbing company I have ever used. They are knowledgeable about all things plumbing and they are able to explain it all in a way that is easy to understand. I have found them to be extremely honest and dependable. They have come out in the middle of a snow storm and on a Sunday morning to do jobs for me. They are willing to be flexible with their scheduling and it is always easy to get a hold of them. I know that they will do the job correctly, and will always stand behind their work. They hold themselves to a very high standard. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality plumber.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I have worked with Innovative Plumbing on several occassions and have had nothing but the best experiences with them. They are honest, reliable, fair, and extremely skilled in their trade. There are honestly no other plumbing professionals I would even consider contacting after working with this family. Anthony and Deon were extremely responsive, professional, honest, and innovative. We had an oven that needed a gasline relocated and they carefully measured, relocated, and installed a new line. They even took the time to show me all of the gas shut-offs before they left, making sure I was in a good spot and had their contact info. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Being a single girl in my 20s, I sometimes find having strangers in my home intimidating. But these guys had a gentle presence with valuable knowledge and were happy to explain every option and help me find the most financially responsible way to get the job done. 100% will use them again.

Wow! My first experience with Thumbtack and it couldn't have been better. The response from Innovative was almost immediate after my garbage disposal began leaking water all over my floor. After giving Dino a call, he gave me a flat-rate quote and was at my house in approximately an hour. Friendly, efficient and professional!
